We provide professional cleaning services including but not limited to:
- Regular domestic cleaning
- Deep cleaning services
- End of tenancy cleaning

- Carpet and upholstery cleaning
All services are subject to availability and may vary based on property size and condition.
3. Booking and Payment
Booking Process: All bookings made through our website or by phone are subject to confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking has been reviewed and accepted.
Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfer, cash, and card payments.
Pricing: Quoted prices are estimates based on information provided. Final pricing may vary based on actual property conditions and time required.
4. Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled service time.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 40% of the quoted service price.
No-Show: If our cleaning team arrives and cannot access the property, the full service charge may apply.
5. Access and Preparation
You must ensure:
- Safe and clear access to the property at the scheduled time
- Any pets are secured or arrangements are made
- Valuables and fragile items are secured or removed
- Any specific instructions or access codes are provided in advance
6. Liability and Insurance
We are fully insured with public liability insurance covering up to £5,000,000. However:
- We are not liable for damage caused by faulty items, pre-existing damage, or normal wear and tear
- Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
- We are not responsible for items left in clothing pockets or damage to items not disclosed
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our service:
- Contact us within 24 hours of service completion
- We will arrange a re-clean of specific areas at no additional charge
- Re-cleans must be scheduled within 48 hours of the original service
8. Health and Safety
Our cleaning staff follow strict health and safety protocols. We use professional-grade, eco-friendly cleaning products. Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or special requirements.
